Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (E-Learning) to join our division of E-Research . The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with educational agencies, schools, and other organisations to recruit students for UniHive's Online Research Training Programmes . This role requires a proactive individual with strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of the student recruitment in the E-learning market, and a passion for helping students reach their potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development: Identify, engage, and establish strong partnerships with educational agencies, schools, and other key stakeholders.
  • Student Recruitment: Drive student recruitment efforts by collaborating with partner agencies and schools to promote UniHive’s Online Research Training Programmes.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with partners to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and keep them updated on UniHive’s Online Research Training Programmes.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development and marketing in the international student recruitment sector.
  • Proven track record of building partnerships and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
