As the Sales Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the revenue growth of our company. You’ll be responsible for managing and improving our sales processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. Your focus will be on leveraging Salesforce workflows, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to enhance our sales operations to meet both customer experience and sales efficiency. This position is a remote work environment based in the United Kingdom reporting to the Sales Operations Manager. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract position.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage Sales Processes:
  • Support Pre- and Post-Sales Activities: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g., Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Support, Pre-Sales, Project Management, Product teams) to coordinate pre- and post-sales activities, e.g. license creations, hardware configuration, change orders, returns, repairs, etc.
  • Salesforce Sales Workflows: Self-Service orders
  • Data Quality: Oversee, maintain and optimize Salesforce workflows to support data entry efficiency, accuracy and maintenance.
  • CPQ: Administrate the usage of Salesforce CPQ and the creation of product bundles to streamline the quoting process. Work with the Pre-Sales team to ensure bundles and items are up-to-date and meet Sales needs.
  • Manage “Sales Operation” Cases: Leverage the “Sales Operations” case record type to centralize and monitor inbound requests and workload.
  • Sales Data & Revenue Analysis: Manage and update Sales Dashboards to support pipeline and projection management. Provide insights into client penetration and cross-sell opportunities. Analyze sales efforts and revenue data to identify trends and patterns, focusing especially on: Churn Management, Upsell, Cross-Selling Opportunities, Portfolio analysis, Change Orders. Propose recommendations for process adjustments based on data insights.
  • Ad-hoc Data Management: Support customer programs by carrying out mass edits and imports into Salesforce. Handle ad-hoc data updates and entries as needed. Maintain data integrity within Salesforce.
