Unigram is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. Please note that this is an administrative role and we're specifically looking for someone with at least 2 years of EA experience. This is a full time role based in our central London office, although we would consider hybrid working. Unigram is a Film, TV and Theatre company which creates high quality content with a focus on music related projects.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide professional, secretarial and administrative support to manage a varied and busy diary. They will act as first point of contact, handling complex and confidential situations and requests. They must be organised, proactive and a skilled communicator with experience in dealing with people from a diverse range of backgrounds and roles. This is a key role for Unigram and involves handling sensitive information, working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, assessing priorities and taking appropriate actions to ensure the smooth running of the office and diary. Candidates will be expected to have a passion for the arts; theatre, film, TV, and music, but do not necessarily need prior creative professional experience. Comfort and familiarity with Excel, Microsoft Office (Outlook, 365, SharePoint), Canva and Zoom are needed. Please note that this is a purely administrative role and is not likely to lead to a more creative role within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating personal and professional diary, travel, accommodation, restaurant, entertainment, and production bookings
  • Organising Zoom meetings, calls, and dial‑ins
  • Organising in‑person meetings and acting as the principal point of contact for all visitors and guests
  • Managing expenses and accounts for the Directors
  • Providing general office support
  • Providing other/ad‑hoc support to development team activities and when requested

Experience

A minimum of 2 years as an Executive Assistant to a Company Director or similar with extensive experience with the responsibilities listed above, ideally in the entertainment industry.
