OVERVIEW The University of Oxford is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager, Academic Pillar within the Refugee-Led Research Hub (rlrh), based in the Refugee Studies Centre at the Oxford Department of International Development. This full-time, fixed-term role runs until 30 September 2028 and supports the continued growth of a global programme portfolio focused on academic access. The position will oversee and develop the Academic Pillar while supporting refugee and displacement-affected learners to enrol in master’s degrees worldwide by 2028. The role also includes strengthening systems for programme delivery and managing activity across multiple locations.
