The International Relations Assistant role at Imperial College London offers an opportunity to support the running of a busy and fast-paced International Relations Office. This position focuses on administrative and co-ordination activities connected to the university’s global science and technology hubs and wider international engagement portfolio. The role is part of a broader team supporting international strategic partnerships, programmes and regional engagement across the institution.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and co-ordination support within the International Relations Office
- Support the effective and efficient running of Imperial College London’s global science and technology hubs
- Maintain the customer relationship management database
- Assist with the running of a seed fund offering grants to applicants across all faculties
- Contribute to the wider Imperial Global portfolio
- Support international strategic partnerships, programmes and regional engagement activities
