OVERVIEW Imperial College London is recruiting an International Relations Adviser (Europe) to support the development of european science and innovation collaborations. Based within the International Relations Office in the Strategic Engagement Division, the role focuses on partnership development, programme coordination, communications, and engagement with european partners. This position is suited to professionals with experience in higher education or science environments who can manage strategic relationships and contribute to international collaborations. The role combines stakeholder management, programme delivery, and support for Imperial’s wider european engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Support partnership development with european partners
  • Contribute to regional strategy activities connected to european collaborations
  • Manage programmes related to science and innovation engagement
  • Coordinate events and communications activities
  • Build and maintain strategic collaborations with external partners
  • Work across the International Relations Office and Strategic Engagement Division to support institutional objectives

Requirements

  • Experience in strategic partnerships within higher education or science
  • Experience working with european partners
  • Knowledge of the UK-EU science and innovation landscape
