OVERVIEW UWE Bristol is recruiting an International Officer to join the International Office within the Americas, Europe and CIS team. The position supports international student recruitment, recruitment planning, conversion activity, and the management of the university’s international education agent network in line with the Agent Quality Framework (AQF). Based at the Frenchay Campus in Bristol, this role involves working with prospective international students, partners, and agents to support recruitment goals and strengthen engagement across international markets. The position also includes international travel and contributes to ongoing management and improvement activity across the international office.
Key responsibilities
- Support international student recruitment across the Americas, Europe and CIS regions
- Contribute to recruitment planning and conversion activity
- Support the management of the university’s international education agent network
- Work in line with the Agent Quality Framework (AQF)
- Maintain agent records and related information
- Monitor agent engagement and performance
- Support recruitment events and related activity
- Work with prospective international students and external partners
- Contribute to continuous improvement of agent management processes
- Participate in international travel connected to recruitment and partnership activity
Requirements
- Ability to support international student recruitment activity

- Experience or understanding of agent management within international education
- Ability to maintain records and monitor engagement and performance
