Buckinghamshire New University is recruiting an International Admissions Officer within the Global Collaborations Office. This full-time, permanent role is based in High Wycombe and supports international applicants and agents throughout the admissions process. The position focuses on delivering accurate admissions decisions, maintaining applicant records, and supporting high-quality applicants applying to undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in higher education.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess undergraduate and postgraduate applications against entry criteria
  • Review and verify application documents
  • Complete fee assessments for applicants
  • Maintain accurate applicant records
  • Manage course application routes
  • Advise applicants on admissions procedures
  • Support international applicants and agents throughout the admissions process
  • Coordinate interviews and selection events
  • Liaise with academic departments
  • Liaise with external organisations including UCAS and UKVI
