Ravensbourne University London is seeking a strategic senior leader for the role of Director of Student Recruitment, Wellbeing and Marketing. Reporting to the Vice Chancellor and joining the Executive Team, the postholder will lead an integrated portfolio covering marketing, international recruitment, student services, partnerships and wellbeing across the full student lifecycle. The role combines leadership in higher education strategy, recruitment, brand development and student engagement. The successful candidate will use market insight and data to strengthen recruitment activity, support institutional priorities and enhance the student experience from first contact through to alumni engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership across marketing, student wellbeing and partnerships

- Oversee home and international recruitment initiatives
