OVERVIEW Brunel University London is recruiting a Senior Study Abroad Officer to join the Global Engagement Office at the Uxbridge Campus. The role supports the delivery of the university International Strategy and Study Abroad Strategy through partnership development, programme coordination, and collaboration with academic and professional colleagues. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and maintenance of study abroad programmes and an international partnership portfolio. This position requires strong organisational ability, effective communication skills, and experience working across cultures in a university environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the university International Strategy and Study Abroad Strategy
  • Work with colleagues and academics to develop and maintain study abroad programmes
  • Contribute to the management and development of an international partnership portfolio
  • Assist with student recruitment for study abroad and mobility programmes
  • Deliver projects against agreed targets and timelines
  • Build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across cultures
  • Support data management, reporting, and administrative delivery
  • Apply a collaborative, flexible, and diplomatic approach in day-to-day work
