OVERVIEW The University of Southampton is seeking an Agent and Ed Tech Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for its global network of education agent and EdTech partners. This role focuses on coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance activity, and working closely with colleagues across the university and external organisations. The position suits someone who can manage competing priorities in a fast-paced international education environment while delivering consistent operational support every day.
Key responsibilities
- Provide quality administrative and operational support for the university’s global network of education agent and EdTech partners
- Facilitate the completion of agent agreements
- Support the annual agent commission process
- Coordinate the agent team’s day to day activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with internal and external colleagues worldwide
- Assist in ensuring compliance with the UK Agent Quality Framework
- Uphold high service standards and adherence to relevant regulations and university policy
- Analyse data and review documentation to ensure accuracy and effective operational delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues across the university and external partner organisations
- Share knowledge and contribute to a supportive team environment
