OVERVIEW University Of The Arts London is seeking an International Projects Officer to support the Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes (SAPP) department in London. This hybrid role focuses on project coordination and operational support across partnerships, recruitment activities, and international engagement initiatives. The position involves working across multiple projects while supporting recruitment campaigns, events, international travel, and department operations. The role sits within a fast-paced international department delivering Study Abroad and Pre-sessional English programmes. The successful candidate will contribute to coordination activities that support recruitment goals, partner engagement, and the wider SAPP strategy.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide project coordination and operational support across the SAPP Partnerships team
  • Support recruitment campaigns and partner engagement activities
  • Assist with webinars, events, and international travel linked to recruitment and partnership goals
  • Coordinate marketing, recruitment, and partnership projects
  • Organise meetings with international partners, education agents, and internal stakeholders
  • Support planning and logistics for recruitment travel and events
  • Assist with agent training coordination
  • Support the Senior Management Team with meeting coordination
  • Maintain project plans, action trackers, and reporting processes
  • Contribute to wider department operations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM and other business systems

Requirements
