OVERVIEW The University of Surrey is seeking an International Student Recruitment Officer (Middle East & Africa) to support international student recruitment activity across the middle east and africa regions. Based in Guildford, this role focuses on promoting the university to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate student audiences while strengthening engagement with partners and advisers. The position combines recruitment, relationship management, and applicant support responsibilities. The successful candidate will represent the university at events and work closely with prospective student communities, agents, and school contacts to support enrolment activity.
Key responsibilities
- Support international student recruitment activity across the middle east and africa regions
- Promote the university to prospective undergraduate and postgraduate student audiences
- Build relationships with agents, school counsellors, and partners
- Support applicants through the enrolment process
- Represent the university at recruitment fairs, school visits, and partner events
- Travel regularly within the assigned international regions
- Work with UKVI requirements, ATAS, and CAS processes
