Are you a dynamic health professional eager to make a tangible difference? We’re hiring Industrial Health Clinicians to provide top-tier wellness and injury prevention services to our workforce. We’re seeking PRN team members for our York location available for intermittent coverage, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 4a-5:30p.
About Us: Unify Health Services is a national, women-owned workers\’ compensation and disability network. We take pride in offering diverse services ranging from on-site prevention to post-injury support, helping businesses prioritize the health and safety of their teams.
Who You Are:
- An Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapist Assistant, or Occupational Therapist Assistant with an active license in the state you are applying.
- Passionate about injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting wellness.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver body mechanics training and job coaching to employees.
- Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments.
- Implement work simulation and wellness programs.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute onsite prevention programs, including work simulations and job coaching.
- Engage staff in health initiatives and promote injury prevention strategies.
- Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management to support workplace health.
- Track, analyze, and report program metrics to measure impact.
Physical Demands:
- Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Dress Code: Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE.
