Unify Health Services, LLC—a nationally recognized, women-owned workers\’ compensation and disability network—is seeking a motivated and energetic part-time fitness professional to help improve the health and performance of industrial athletes.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one and group fitness programs tailored to industrial workers
- Lead engaging workouts, including spin and strength-based classes
- Collaborate with medical and rehab professionals in a supportive team environment
- Adapt fitness routines to meet individual and group needs in real time
- Build strong relationships that motivate and inspire
What You Bring
- Active Personal Training Certification and CPR/BLS (required)
- Experience leading group fitness classes (spin and body pump formats like Les Mills are a plus)
- Ability to think on your feet and adjust programs as needed
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Schedule: Part-time with early morning shifts starting at 5:00 AM and some later shifts ending at 8:30 PM
- Dress Code: Casual work attire
- Safety Gear: May include steel-toed shoes, hard hats, and eye/ear protection in designated areas
- Benefits: This is a part-time position and does not include benefits
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 30–50 lbs occasionally
- Frequent standing, walking, grasping, stooping, and forward bending
- Occasional computer use
