Join Our Team as a Full Time Industrial Medical Provider!
Job Summary:
Unify Health Services is seeking dedicated medical professionals (LPNs, Paramedics, and RNs) to join our community of healthcare trailblazers. As an Industrial Medical Provider, you\’ll play a crucial role in nurturing the health and vitality of our industrial athletes. Join us in this on-site position where you\’ll make a difference in many industrial athletes\’ lives. This is a fulltime position located in East York, 1st shift, 7a-5:30p Monday – Thursday.

Qualifications:
- Certification or licensure in your state
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- 6 months to 1 year of professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in industrial healthcare
- Experience with giving immunizations
- Knowledge of workplace safety, health, and OSHA regulations (a plus)
Physical Demands:
- Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
- Pinching, grasping, and gripping
- Reaching from floor to overhead
- Stooping and forward bending
- Occasional keyboard/computer work
- Occasional lifting of 30-50 lbs.
Main Duties:
- Responding to any and all injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or that come into the center.
- Perform physicals for the client\’s new hires.
- Wellness and educational visits including vaccine administration.
- Return to work visits with UDS and BAT.
- Charting, keeping inventory, and interdepartmental communication.
