Job Title: Senior Planning & Logistics Coordinator Location: Maidstone Job Type: Permanent Overview: Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for a Senior Planning & Logistics Coordinator to join an established and leading environmental services company who operate nationwide. As the Senior Planning & Logistics Coordinator, you will be tasked with coordinating vehicle upkeep, managing customer interactions, and organizing tanker scheduling. A core responsibility is to oversee the service and maintenance timelines for the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are compliant, road-safe, and in optimal working condition. What do I need? * Knowledge of transport and environmental regulations * Valid driving licence * Strong understanding of maintenance schedules and compliance * CPC in management, or other relevant qualification Responsibilities: * Plan and organize regular servicing, MOTs, and repair work for all tankers. * Communicate with customers to arrange planned works while delivering a high standard of service and professionalism. * Oversee and document vehicle maintenance activities, including MOTs, servicing, and repairs for both tanker and support fleets. * Ensure all vehicle servicing complies with industry regulations and safety standards. * Collaborate with drivers, garages, and external vendors to reduce vehicle downtime. * Daily and weekly routes as well as work schedules for tanker drivers to maximize operational effectiveness. * Perform administrative responsibilities in a timely and precise manner to help contribute to overall team efficiency.
