Senior Contract Manager Role:
- To utilise your skills in client liaison and relationship building to bring on clients that you have built relationships with as well as source brand new relationships and clients.
- Organise meetings with clients in order to source new projects and contracts.
- Liaising with clients on time schedules, budgets, and full project lifecycle to set expectations.
- Source contractors to deliver the work/projects.
- Be able to make critical business decisions liaising with the directors and stakeholders, finding new and innovative ways of project sourcing.
- Eventually develop a team beneath you that can be key account managers to clients as well as source new business, training and developing them.
Essential requirements and experience for the role:
- Experience in client liaison and relationship building.
- Have a large contact book of clients that you would be able to bring across to the business.
- Have knowledge of contracts NEC and JCT (Desirable).
- Have a technical background (Desirable).
- Have a leadership mentality and strong desire to help build a business and grow.
- Be able to show examples of new clients won as well as the value of projects and work won.
