Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based at their Head Office near Brighton in East Sussex.
About the company: A regional leader within the Groundworks, Civil Engineering & RC Frame markets within the South East.
Job Responsibilities:
- This role will involve the usual QS duties of all Commercial & Residential packages and associated JCT / NEC Contracts.
- The successful applicant will report to the company’s commercial director and will be responsible for a group of projects in and around the South East.
- Individual package values will range from £500K up to £20 million each.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar
- Previous experience in this type of role
- JCT & NEC Contract experience
