Quantity Surveyor - Groundwork

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based at their Head Office near Brighton in East Sussex\\n\\nAbout the company:\\n\\nA regional leader within the Groundworks, Civil Engineering & RC Frame markets within the South East\\n\\nThis role will involve the usual QS Duties duties of all Commercial & Residential packages and associated JCT / NEC Contracts.\\n\\nThe successful applicant will report to the company’s commercial director and will be responsible for a group of projects in and around the South East. Individual package values will range from £500K up to £20 million each.\\n\\nAbout the requirements\\n• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar\\n• Previous experience in this type of role\\n\\nJCT & NEC Contract experience\\n\\nPackage includes:\\n• Travel allowance OR company vehicle.\\n• Bonus scheme\\n• Pension\\n• Laptop\\n• Phone etc
