The Opportunity
Following the signing of a major RPO contract, our Defence team has a red-hot desk with over six months' worth of live business ready for someone to take over, develop and make their own.
Based out of Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth, we're hiring experienced recruiters from Recruitment Consultant through to Principal Consultant level.

Who We're Looking For
- Recruitment experience within a STEM, Engineering, Technical, Technology, Energy, Construction, Infrastructure, Defence, or related market
- Consistent billing history of £150,000+ per annum
- Strong business development and client-winning ability
- Driven, ambitious and competitive mindset
- Team player who enjoys contributing to a high-performance culture
- Motivated by progression, ownership, autonomy and long-term career growth
