This could be the opportunity you've been waiting for. We're hiring an ambitious, high-potential Delivery Consultant to join our growing Unify team.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will work closely with our existing clients, providing recruitment support across a variety of sectors, including defence, data centres, BMS, and many more, helping to fill critical vacancies. This is an exciting opportunity to receive full training and gain hands-on recruitment experience within a supportive and growing business.
After 12 months in the role, you will progress to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position, where you will begin building your own desk, developing relationships with new clients, and managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

What You'll Be Doing
- Sourcing, qualifying and screening candidates
- Submitting CVs to clients and managing feedback
- Coordinating interviews and preparing candidates
- Building industry knowledge and supporting consultants across key hiring campaigns
- Writing and posting engaging job adverts
We're Looking For
- A confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Driven, ambitious, and motivated by long-term progression
- A team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Experience in sales or recruitment is desirable but not essential for this role.
