An experienced Commercial Plumber is required to carry out installation, upgrade, maintenance, and repair work across a range of commercial properties. This role suits a qualified plumber who is confident working on heating and hot water systems and enjoys a mix of planned works and fault-finding.
Projects are primarily smaller-scale installations and upgrades, with occasional larger works. Most sites are office-based, with some work in schools and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:- Install, upgrade, and replace commercial heating systems and related components
- Carry out boiler replacements and heating system upgrades
- Install and replace hot water cylinders and associated equipment
- Perform system flushing, descaling, and water clarification works
- Diagnose and repair leaks and plumbing faults efficiently
- Work on varied pipework systems using a range of materials
- Complete small installation projects to a high standard
- Ensure all work complies with current safety and industry regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed
- Level 2 Plumbing qualification (City & Guilds or NVQ)
- Strong mechanical and technical knowledge
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial plumbing
- Experience working with cylinders, water heaters, flushing, and pipework
- Full UK driving licence
- G3 certification desirable but not essential
- DBS clearance required due to work in sensitive environments
- Based within commutable distance to Central London (approximately 45 minutes) - South West London ideal location for candidates
