Salary: up to £85,000 + package
A rapidly growing water sector contractor delivering three wastewater treatment plants on Sizewell C is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead site delivery on one of the UK’s biggest infrastructure programmes.
The Role
- Manage subcontractors, labour, plant and materials
- Maintain programme, quality, safety and environmental standards
- Drive NEC contract compliance (EWNs, change control, reporting)
- Work closely with engineering, planning and commercial teams to keep delivery on track
What You Need
- Strong water industry background – wastewater, clean water, pumping stations or similar
- Proven site leadership on major civils or process‑plant projects
- Ability to operate in a high‑compliance, high‑security environment
