Overview: Unify are delighted to be recruiting for a Health, Safety, Quality and Environment Administrator to be based from Hemel Hempstead. You will be joining a leading provider of Plant Hire, Transport and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth. As the HSQE Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing compliance, document management and safety processes within my client’s organisation. In this position you will maintain compliance records and support the overall efficiency for safety and quality frameworks.
What do I need?
- Previous experience in HSQE administration or document management.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001 standards and compliance requirements.
- Solid knowledge of risk assessments and COSHH regulations.
- Proficient use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the HSQE Team as well as supporting the senior management team by preparing board materials and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to ISO standards (9001, 14001, 27001, 45001) through document control.
- Maintain and organise risk assessment and safety documentation, including COSHH compliance.
- Facilitate audit preparations, ensuring all necessary reports and certifications are readily available.
- Organise audit schedules and ensure timely completion of internal reviews.
- Maintain accurate records of partner compliance to uphold company standards.
- Assist in arranging training sessions and compliance awareness programmes.
Desirable:
- HSQE experience in the construction, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
- IOSH qualification (or currently working towards certification).
