A great opportunity has opened within a specialist electrical delivery team supporting critical water industry assets. We're looking for a skilled Electrician to help maintain, install, test, and repair electrical systems across operational sites such as treatment works, pumping stations, and wider network infrastructure.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on technical work, problem-solving, and being part of a team that keeps essential services running safely and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across water sector facilities
  • Installing and terminating power, control, and instrumentation cabling
  • Building and maintaining containment systems
  • Conducting inspection and testing in line with BS 7671
  • Diagnosing faults on motors, pumps, control panels, and associated equipment
  • Completing accurate documentation, test certificates, and maintenance records
  • Working safely and following all relevant procedures and standards

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3, AM2, and an ECS Gold Card
  • Inspection & Testing qualification (C&G 2391 or equivalent)
  • Experience with industrial electrical installations and the ability to interpret technical drawings
  • Strong fault-finding skills and solid understanding of BS 7671 Wiring Regulations
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Flexible approach to travel and working hours
