Location: Northwest London Start: ASAP Contract: Ongoing – long‑term opportunity Sector: Water Treatment / Industrial Installation Clearance: Thames Water Passport ideal (can be arranged prior to start)
A leading MEICA contractor is looking to add three Electricians and one Mechanical Fitter to their delivery team on a major water‑treatment installation project in Northwest London. This is a long‑term contract with consistent workload and the chance to move onto further water‑industry sites.
Electricians – Requirements
- Fully‑qualified Electrician (NVQ Level 3, AM2, ECS Gold Card)
- Experience in the water industry or industrial environments (pumping stations, treatment works, factories, process plants)
- Strong installation background: power, control, instrumentation cabling, containment, panel work
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings
- Thames Water Passport preferred (client can arrange if needed)
Mechanical Fitter – Requirements
- Mechanical installation experience on water‑industry or industrial sites
- Skilled in pipework installation, mechanical assembly, bolting, brackets, supports, pumps, valves, and associated equipment
- Ability to work from drawings and site instructions
- Thames Water Passport preferred but not essential
What You’ll Be Doing
- Installation works across a live water‑treatment facility
- Electrical or mechanical fit‑out of new process equipment
- Working as part of a multi‑disciplinary team delivering upgrades and new installations
- Maintaining safe working practices on a regulated site
