Project Engineer – Building Management Systems (BMS)\\nLondon and South East\\n\\nWe’re looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join a leading player in the Smart Buildings & BMS industry. You’ll be responsible for delivering multiple projects from design through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.\\n\\nWhat You’ll Be Doing:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Manage and engineer multiple concurrent BMS projects across London, working closely with clients, building long-term relationships and ensuring full satisfaction.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Produce and submit technical documentation, equipment selections, and system operation descriptions.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Coordinate project resources, including engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Oversee project health & safety documentation and compliance whilst maintaining financial control of projects – P&L responsibility, invoicing, variations, and supplier negotiations.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ensure projects are fully documented, handed over, and reviewed post-completion.\\n\\nWhat We’re Looking For\\n\\n * \\n\\n 5+ years’ experience in a technical role within the BMS sector.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong knowledge of building services and control systems.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Commercial awareness – P&L, contract management, and cash flow.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Organised and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\\n\\n * \\n\\n A customer-first mindset with a focus on delivering quality results.\\n\\nWhy Join?\\n\\nSalary up to £60k + Hybrid/ Electric Vehicle + Updated benefits package.\\n\\n * Work on cutting-edge BMS and Smart Building projects.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity to take ownership of your projects with real P&L responsibility.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Join a forward-thinking, growing organisation where your input will help shape processes and standards.\\n\\n * \\n\\n Career progression and development opportunities
