A leading MEP contractor is seeking an experienced BMS Package Manager to oversee a key building management systems package on a major commercial project in the City of London. The successful candidate will take ownership of the full BMS scope from installation through to commissioning and handover, working closely with the Project Director, specialist subcontractors and commissioning teams to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage BMS package delivery on site
- Ensure installation, commissioning and testing meet programme milestones and project requirements
- Coordinate and integrate with other key packages and stakeholders
- Manage a small delivery team (typically 1–2 direct reports)
- Maintain quality, safety and commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle
About You
- Proven experience managing BMS or electrical systems packages on large commercial or data centre projects
- Strong track record coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme delivery
- Confident managing reports, holding progress meetings and driving performance
- Previous experience as a BMS Package Manager is preferred, though Electrical Package Managers with BMS delivery experience will also be considered
