Overview:

Unify are thrilled to be recruiting for an Area Sales Manager to join an established Plant Hire company covering the North East. You will join a leading provider of Plant Hire and Haulage service throughout the UK who are currently undergoing remarkable growth. Working within the Sales team, you will be based across the North East building strong relationships with Tier 1 and 2 customers across infrastructure and earthworks. This geographical coverage provides an excellent opportunity to engage with a diverse range of clients and expand your professional network.

What do I need?

  • A proven track record within a sales environment
  • Strong experience within Plant Hire and Key Account Management
  • Highly self-driven with a natural ability to identify opportunities, drive sales, and expand existing accounts.
  • Demonstrating success in achieving targets and driving revenue.
  • Driving Licence (Essential) and willingness to travel throughout the North East

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for developing relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors within the infrastructure and earthworks space.
  • Further developing the client base and driving sales growth.
  • Conducting cold calling and site visits to identify and secure new sales opportunities.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders within the industry
  • Undertaking regular regional travel as part of the role.
