I am working with a well established and reputable Facilities Management business who specialise in Construction, FM, M+E, Project Services and MEP Residential. They focus on hard working, great people and commit to their teams and staff ensuring that there is a positive working environment with plenty of scope for progression and career development.
The Role:
- To respond to day to day reactive AHU faults, A/C Faults, and monthly PPMs to support the contract delivery.
- Servicing all AC units at prestigious commercial dwellings.
- Fault finding and repairs of air conditioning systems; VRV VRF's, split units, chillers.
- Providing maintenance and inspection of all units on sites.
- Completing small works, installations and refurbishments of AC cooling equipment.
- General ad-hoc maintenance tasks when required.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Experience of planned preventative maintenance and reactive works/tasks completed within KPIs.
- A Current F gas category one certificate.
- Previous experience in same or similar role.
- NVQ level 2 in AC.
- SC Clearance or ability to obtain (Essential).
