We’re working with a fast-growing Microsoft Partner that’s expanding its data capability. Following the recent hire of a Data Lead, the business is now looking to bring in a Data Migration Consultant to support a growing portfolio of projects across various sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid data migration experience to work within a supportive and collaborative team, where your input will shape the way data is delivered across client solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Planning and executing end-to-end data migration projects
  • Extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data across systems
  • Working with clients to gather data requirements and mapping specifications
  • Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful integration with Microsoft platforms
  • Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and completeness across migration tasks
  • Supporting the development of internal data practices and documentation

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in data migration, ideally in a consultancy or services-based role
  • Solid understanding of ETL processes and data mapping techniques
  • Strong SQL skills (writing queries, data analysis, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure Data tools is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn and grow with a scaling team
