Target Operating Model Consultant / TOM Consultant £(Apply online only) per day, OUTSIDE IR35 Start Date: 17th of February End date: Initially until the end of April with likely extensions. Location: Hybrid, must be able to travel a few days per week to sites across the South West, Tamworth and Bracknell (Travel expenses covered by the client) Unify are proud to be exclusively partnering with a highly respected IT & Change Consultancy, who are looking to engage the services of a TOM Consultant on an Outside IR35 Contract basis, who has experience of designing and ideally implementing Target Operating Models as a result of ERP implementations. This is a hybrid role, so some travel is required to their sites in Bridgend, Bristol, Tamworth & Bracknell. Project Scope: Our clients partner is embarking on an ERP programme, to replace the various systems in use within each of the group businesses with a single ERP solution. This will be a large programme of work spanning multiple years with a significant amount of business change activity to augment the structure of the organisation and the processes that are in use to ensure the maximum benefit can be gained. We are landing a small team to support with phase 1b of the programme, which is the preparation phase to ensure readiness for Discovery and Design workshops, which will commence from May this year. TOM Requirement / Target Operating Model: * For the TOM requirement, we need a consultant that has experience of designing and ideally implementing Target Operating Models as a result of ERP implementations. * Ideally the consultant will have experience of TOM work within an organisation with a significant/ complex supply chain * Ideally, the consultant will have completed a TOM for a highly acquisitive business * Ideally the consultant will have experience of designing a TOM for an organisation with a significant number of businesses within its make up * Ideally the consultant will have experience of designing a TOM for an organisation that is geographically dispersed * Strong gravitas will be key, with an ability to influence stakeholders and conversations * Engagement will require a reasonable amount of time on-site * Familiarity with the simplification of business process at a high level (e.g. taking multiple finance departments form a variety of businesses within the group and articulating how this can be consolidated into a single finance function) Please submit your latest CV for immediate review by our talent team.
