Our exclusive Consulting partner urgently requires the services of a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to deliver a high-profile Government / GDS project. You MUST have strong Gov/GDS experience, strong experience operating in UCD teams, and be an expert communicator!
Responsibilities:
- Define and own the product vision and roadmap for the project, ensuring alignment with programme objectives, new service design and the project strategy.
- Prioritise and manage the product backlog, balancing user needs, policy and commercial requirements, and technical dependencies.
- Work collaboratively with user researchers, service designers, delivery managers, and developers to deliver iterative improvements to the live service and support future mobilisation.
- Use user research, data, and insight to inform decision‑making and evaluate the impact of product changes.
- Engage effectively with senior stakeholders across digital, policy, operations, and suppliers to ensure alignment and buy‑in.
- Ensure compliance with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards, accessibility requirements, and data security obligations.
