We are supporting a well-known UK Consultancy in building a UCD team to deliver a high-profile Discovery project for a Government customer. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team. You must hold Active SC Clearance and have good experience of working within User-Centred Design teams.
We need:
- Experienced in product management practices and approaches
- Experience working with policy and operational teams in central government departments
- Experience working with GDS and/or to GDS design principles and delivery lifecycle (Discovery, alpha, beta)
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in central government departments
- Experience working with gov.uk to re-design services, how policy content is structured and surfaced, and information architecture
- A PM who is comfortable working with policy teams
- A PM who is comfortable working in ambiguous spaces and leading discussions/work through to conclusion
- A PM who can own the vision and strategy for driving Digital Adoption, acting as the SME for the proposed service taking into account differing viewpoints across policy, operational teams, senior stakeholders, as well as users, and provide direction for the work based on those views and the outcomes sought
- A PM with knowledge or experience working in business support
- A PM who will lead in the shaping of recommendations for alpha and/or further discoveries, ensuring value, feasibility and viability are clearly articulated, along with success criteria and measures
- A PM who will lead on prioritising hypotheses and high-level roadmaps
