Senior Network Engineer

Initially until the end of Jan 2027 (+ Likely extensions) 1-2 Days per week onsite in either Newport or Crawley Unify are exclusively partnering with a well known brand in the Defence industry. We are supporting them by strengthening their IT team with crucial Contractor hires who can hit the ground running and add value from day one. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Security Engineer Engineer with the following experience: Must have: Ideally Hands on Cato administration, including managing SD WAN traffic. If not Cato, we can consider strong Zscaler, Netskope or SD WAN administration. Understanding of routing, traffic policies, network connectivity and troubleshooting. Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure across multiple sites. Practical network security experience, including firewall rules and secure connectivity. Ability to diagnose complex network performance and connectivity issues. Preferred: Cisco Meraki configuration and administration (Bonus). Experience with other SD WAN or SASE platforms can be considered. Experience supporting cloud connectivity and hybrid infrastructure.
