We are supporting a well-known UK Consultancy in building a UCD team to deliver a high profile Discovery project for a Government customer. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the team. You must hold Active SC Clearance, and you must have good experience of working within User-Centred Design teams.
We need:
- Experienced in product management practices and approaches
- Experience working with policy and operational teams in central government departments
- Experience working with GDS and/or to GDS design principles and delivery lifecycle (Discovery, alpha, beta)
- Experience working with senior stakeholders in central government departments
- Experience working with gov.uk to re-design services, how policy content is structured and surfaced, and information architecture
- A PM who is comfortable working with policy teams
- A PM who is comfortable working in ambiguous spaces and leading discussions/work through to conclusion
- A PM who can own the vision and strategy for driving Digital Adoption, acting as the SME for the proposed service
