We’re supporting one of our favorite Consulting partners to source a Data Architect to join a project team delivering a high‑profile Government program.
Start date: 19th January. Initial period until the end of March. You must be able to obtain BPSS Clearance.
Responsibilities- Deliver the Alpha phase comprising five integrated blocks of work.
- Lead digital transformation in a complex stakeholder environment.
- Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary agile teams, bridging policy requirements and technical delivery.
- Develop data quality and security frameworks that comply with Cyber Essentials Plus and national standards.
- Deep understanding of high‑level data strategy and hands‑on technical implementation within the built environment.
- Data modelling expertise in Jupyter Notebooks for transparent data model presentation.
- Geospatial strategy: deep understanding of GIS interoperability and national spatial data standards (UPRNs).
- Knowledge of planning data platforms.
- Designing ecosystems that ensure data is FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) for both public and private sector use.
