We’re supporting one of our favorite Consulting partners to source a Data Architect to join a project team delivering a high‑profile Government program.

Start date: 19th January. Initial period until the end of March. You must be able to obtain BPSS Clearance.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver the Alpha phase comprising five integrated blocks of work.
  • Lead digital transformation in a complex stakeholder environment.
  • Collaborate with multi‑disciplinary agile teams, bridging policy requirements and technical delivery.
  • Develop data quality and security frameworks that comply with Cyber Essentials Plus and national standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Deep understanding of high‑level data strategy and hands‑on technical implementation within the built environment.
  • Data modelling expertise in Jupyter Notebooks for transparent data model presentation.
  • Geospatial strategy: deep understanding of GIS interoperability and national spatial data standards (UPRNs).
  • Knowledge of planning data platforms.
  • Designing ecosystems that ensure data is FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) for both public and private sector use.
