What we’re looking for:

  • Previous sales based experience; we’re open to sector, but ideally consultative selling - Property/Recruitment for example - building long term relationships.
  • Keenness to work in a small team, working with agility and collaboration, with a big impact and opportunity for commission/development.
  • The passion to contribute great ideas as we grow Unify Energy even further.
  • Being proactive is key, with determination to achieve and take pride in representing the organisation.
  • The role is office based (5 days a week in Union [Manchester City Centre]); enjoy working with people, collaborating with colleagues up to Director level on a daily basis.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Proactively lead generating, through our data-driven tools, event attendance to represent the organisation and organic tools.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
  • Stay up to date with Unify Energy’s pricing model and market and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing & Account Management) to create consistency and maximise opportunity.
  • Contribute to sales data for board reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing to generate ideas and drive campaigns.
  • Gain industry knowledge through being proactive and engaging with the wider team.
