About the Role

Your role is to provide world class customer service and support to over 250 international schools from around the world. You will build and maintain excellent working relationships with partner schools, supporting them to make the most of the Unifrog platform. You will cover the Middle East and Africa, with possible opportunities for international travel for school visits or conferences once a year.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact for partner schools in the region.
  • Work with your Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement across the region.
  • Monitor, audit and analyze usage across partner schools and identify schools needing additional support.
  • Provide resources and strategies to maximize staff and student engagement and promote best practice.
  • Deliver targeted training sessions via workshops, webinars and optional in‑person visits.
  • Onboard new schools, ensuring proper setup and strong plans.
  • Respond to queries and troubleshoot via phone, email and video calls.
  • Proactively foster a sense of community among Unifrog partners.

  • Strong communication skills over email, phone and video calls.
  • Track record of excellent relationship management and customer service.
  • Active listening and objection handling skills.
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to find independent solutions.
  • Comfortable working independently, with willingness to ask for support when needed.

Working Together

You’ll work alongside the Area Manager for your region, colleagues in the International Partnerships team and the wider International schools team. You’ll be line‑managed by our International Partnerships Manager (London‑based).
