Alkegen in Rainford (UK) is seeking a Shift Manager to support the Production Manager in leading all operations on the Rainford site. You will manage a manufacturing team of circa 10 colleagues across 3 plants, on a 4 on 4 off days and nights schedule to meet OTIF targets.
The role involves daily liaison with Planning, Quality, EHS and Engineering, driving continuous improvements, safety and productivity, and delivering the production plan while maintaining high quality and GMP standards.
