We are seeking a Finance Assistant (Junior) to join the Finance team within Uniform Group. You are an organised and detail-focused graduate in accounting, business or similar, with a strong interest in developing your career in finance.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you’ll support the accurate maintenance of sales and purchase ledgers and contribute to ensuring financial information is timely, reliable and well managed.
You handle financial and personal information responsibly, follow controls and processes carefully, and recognise the trust placed in you when working with sensitive data.
You apply strong numerical and analytical skills, working methodically with financial data and established processes to meet deadlines and maintain high standards of accuracy.
You communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients and suppliers, and respond constructively to feedback as you develop your technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
You demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity, show loyalty to the organisation and its values, and bring a natural curiosity to learn, asking questions to continuously improve.
