Key Responsibilities

  • Support children aged 0-5 years with their learning, care, and development
  • Assist with delivering engaging activities and play experiences
  • Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
  • Support children’s social, emotional, physical, and communication development
  • Assist with daily routines, including mealtimes, toileting, and transitions
  • Observe children’s progress and provide feedback to the nursery team
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times
