· Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions tailored to the individual needs of students with SEN.

· Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to the student’s specific requirements.

· Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to engage and support the student’s learning.

· Monitor and assess the student’s progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

· Communicate regularly with parents, caregivers, and other professionals involved in the student’s education.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of tutoring sessions and student progress.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN 1:1 Tutor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with a range of special educational needs and will be passionate about making a difference in their educational journey., · Degree in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field preferred.

· Experience working with children with SEN in a tutoring or teaching capacity.

· Knowledge of various SEN conditions (e.g., autism, ADHD, dyslexia) and appropriate teaching strategies.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Relevant teaching or tutoring certifications (preferred).
