The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students, particularly those with behaviour needs. This role involves working closely with teachers to facilitate learning and provide assistance to students, including those with disabilities and autism. The Teaching Assistant will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive and supportive environment that fosters the growth and development of all learners. All the students have the option to work towards 8 GCSE\’s, which is unlike other alternative provisions across London.
