The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting students, particularly those with behaviour needs. This role involves working closely with teachers to facilitate learning and provide assistance to students, including those with disabilities and autism. All the students have the option to work towards 8 GCSE\’s, which is unlike other alternative provisions across London.
