A welcoming and inclusive school in UB4 is seeking an experienced Spanish / PE Teacher to join their team as soon as possible. This is a split role teaching both Spanish and Physical Education across the school.

The school is open to considering both qualified and unqualified teachers, however QTS is preferred for this position. Previous experience teaching both subjects is essential.

About the Role

As a Spanish / PE Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging Spanish and PE lessons across the school
  • Differentiating learning to support pupils of varying abilities and needs
  • Create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
  • Monitor and assess pupil progress effectively
  • Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and achievement in both subjects
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and senior leadership staff
  • Maintain high expectations for behaviour and learning
What We’re Looking For
  • QTS preferred, although unqualified teachers will be considered
  • Previous experience teaching both Spanish and PE
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Passion for delivering engaging and creative lessons
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
