We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Primary Key Stage 1 Teacher to join our specialist SEND school in Morden. This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who is passionate about inclusive education and making a real difference to the lives of children with additional needs.

About the Role

You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, personalised learning for pupils in Key Stage 1, many of whom have complex communication and learning needs. Working closely with a skilled multidisciplinary team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child can thrive.

The Ideal Candidate Will:

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
  • Have experience teaching in Key Stage 1
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to SEND education
  • Ideally have experience using PECS and/or Makaton to support communication
  • Be patient, flexible, and child-centred in their approach
  • Work effectively as part of a collaborative team
