About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and caring SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Kingston. You’ll work with pupils with autism , ADHD, and other special educational needs, helping them to engage in learning and develop confidence.
Responsibilities:
* Support students 1:1 and in small groups.
* Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans.
* Encourage positive behaviour and independence.
* Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply).
* Previous experience in SEN education or care.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Compassionate, reliable, and proactive attitude.
