Sen Teaching Assistant

Your responsibilities will include:\\n\\n * \\n\\n Providing tailored 1:1 support to help pupils access the curriculum\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supporting learning, behaviour, and emotional regulation throughout the school day\\n\\n * \\n\\n Implementing strategies outlined in EHCPs or support plans\\n\\n * \\n\\n Assisting with classroom activities and adapting tasks as needed\\n\\n * \\n\\n Encouraging independence, confidence, and positive engagement\\n\\n * \\n\\n Liaising with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals\\n\\n * \\n\\n Creating a calm, safe, and supportive learning environment\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n * \\n\\n Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN\\n\\n * \\n\\n A patient, caring, and proactive approach\\n\\n * \\n\\n Strong communication and relationship-building skills\\n\\n * \\n\\n Able to support pupils with emotional, behavioural, or learning needs\\n\\n * \\n\\n Reliable, committed, and passionate about inclusive education\\n\\n * \\n\\n Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply via Uniform Education)\\n\\nWhat’s on Offer\\n\\n * \\n\\n Supportive school environment and experienced SEN team\\n\\n * \\n\\n Ongoing training and SEN-focused CPD\\n\\n * \\n\\n Opportunity for a long-term role within a mainstream school\\n\\n * \\n\\n A genuinely rewarding position where you’ll make a real difference every day
