Uniform Education are working with a lovely primary school in Ealing UB6, who are looking for an SEN TEACHER to support in their Alternative Provision Unit. Contract type: Full time, long term until July 2025 initially Salary information: MPS/UPS Inner London Start date: January 2025 This is a popular and friendly school located in Greenfird, Ealing, UB6. They are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated SEN Teacher, who will work with their extremely ambitious and supportive staff to deliver the curriculum in an engaging and relevant way. You will be based in their Alternative Provision Unit teaching a group of 4-6 children with ASD/ MLD / SLD, within their purpose built class. There are also an additional 4-5 Teaching Assistants to help support in the class. A welcoming, friendly, and caring three form entry school with committed staff, governors, and parents. They believe that values, support, and growth for every individual child are absolutely essential. We are looking for someone who: * Has experience teaching children with SEN, ideally with a background teaching with an ARP or SEN School. * Wishes to inspire the growth and development of their improving school. * Is a good team player. * Is self-motivated, creative, and empathetic. * Is passionate and driven. * Has a good sense of humour. * Is committed to the inclusion of all children and their families and the development of the whole child. * Has the ability to communicate effectively.
